At VIT4MOB Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make an exchange, please review the following guidelines:
Exchange Eligibility
Your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A proof of purchase or receipt is required for all exchanges.
Initiating an Exchange

Exchange Procedure
If your exchange is accepted, we will provide you with an exchange shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Ensure that you contact us before returning the item, as items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. For international customers, please be aware that shipping may take longer.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@vit4mobsvcs.com. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
