VIT4MOB Services – Terms & Conditions of Use

By accessing, purchasing from, or using the services of VIT4MOB Services LLC (“VIT4MOB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Services Offered

VIT4MOB Services provides custom embroidery, screen printing, collateral branding, and related design services. All services are custom-produced based on client specifications.

 

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by VIT4MOB Services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to design content, production limitations, or incomplete information.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required prior to production.
     

  • Accepted payment methods include Zelle and Cash App.
     

  • Orders will not be processed or scheduled until payment is received and cleared.
     

 

4. Pricing and Quotes

All quotes are valid for a limited time as stated in the proposal. Pricing may change if project specifications are modified after a quote is issued.

 

5. Design Approval and Proofs

  • Clients will receive a digital proof for approval before production begins.
     

  • Written approval is required to proceed.
     

  • Once approved, VIT4MOB Services is not responsible for errors not identified by the client.
     

 

6. Changes and Revisions

Any changes requested after proof approval may result in additional fees and extended turnaround times. Changes are not guaranteed once production has started.

 

7. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates and begin after payment and final proof approval. VIT4MOB Services is not responsible for delays caused by client revisions, supplier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our services:

  • All sales are final once production has started.
     

  • Cancellations are not permitted after proof approval.
     

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed or partially completed custom orders.

 

9. Intellectual Property

  • Clients affirm they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or artwork provided.
     

  • VIT4MOB Services is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from client-provided materials.
     

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VIT4MOB Services retains ownership of original designs created by us.

 

10. Quality and Variations

Minor variations in color, size, placement, and texture may occur due to the nature of custom production. These variations do not constitute defects.

 

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate order details
     

  • Reviewing and approving proofs carefully
     

  • Meeting deadlines for approvals and communications
     

Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

VIT4MOB Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

 

13. Use of Finished Work

VIT4MOB Services reserves the right to photograph and display completed work for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

 

14. Force Majeure

VIT4MOB Services shall not be held responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or technical failures.

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which VIT4MOB Services LLC is registered.

 

16. Amendments

VIT4MOB Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
